What is Premier League 2?

Premier League 2 is a youth league competition that replaced the old Under 21's Premier League in 2016 - there are 24 teams in total divided into Division 1 and Division 2. Man Utd U21's have won the most Premier League 2 titles with three, with Tottenham U21's winning most recently.
