Version 3.02: Known Issues
DATE SELECT - The date selection is not showing full future dates, this will be fixed in the next update.
MENU - Some users are reporting they cannot click on the menus on the left hand aside, we have not yet been able to repeat this locally and will continue to look at it,
ADD TO CALENDAR - This will only currently work if FULL ACCESS (when asked on initial install or please go to iOS Settings and choose the WTM App under Apps and change calendar permissions there) is given to the calendar. IMPORTANT; We DO NOT read any of your information only our own entries for addition and deletion. We will try to change this to Add Event Only in a future release.
Version 3.01: Known Issues
FILTERS - When choosing filters resulting in ZERO results the screen ends up incorrectly blank. In version 3.02 this will show the correct Filter UX screen to make it clear there are NO results for your chosen filters.
FONT SIZE - When you have increased the size of the default font size in your phone settings, this is breaking current our current Font UX, we will fix this in the next update
LOST FAVOURITES - Despite best efforts to keep all existing favourites intact, sadly some users have reported loss of favourites on upgrade.
Version 1.22: App Service Status
We are currently experiencing difficulties with some users loading the app and failing to initialise, this results in a "No Matches" scren.
Please update to version 3.01.
Slow Loads during Heavy Traffic
During heavy peak periods of popular games, the server sometimes results in slow app load times. Put your phone into aeroplane mode and the app will default to offline mode and be usable immediately. We will be adding UX to allow this shortly
Reload the app during quiter periods.
We are working on server updates to fix this issue once and for all and will update this page when done.
