European Super League - When will it happen?

The proposed European Super League (ESL) could potentially begin with 12 founder clubs and include the big six from the Premier League (Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Man City, Man Utd and Spurs) - it is not clear how ESL matches would be broadcast live on TV in the UK, with rumours that Sky and TNT will be overlooked with an OTT streaming service ran by the ESL (similar to how the Premier League dubbed the idea Premflix).
